“Our experience at the hotel was mixed, largely depending on the staff on duty. The morning and afternoon teams were helpful and accommodating—holding our luggage before check-in and quickly switching our room when the initial one wasn't ready—and the room itself was decent. However, the evening service was disappointing, as a staff member gave my wife a curt "no" without even looking at her when she asked about tea. Additionally, while the breakfast had a decent variety, it lacked key staples……

“This was advertised as a "boutique" hotel. We had to sign waivers for EVERYTHING. Check in took at least 15 minutes and there was such a crowd trying to check in we couldn't hear the desk clerk. The only really good things were the river view from our room and the comfortable beds. It looked as though an attempt had been made to update things in our room but they forgot to get rid of popcorn ceilings and bad art. There was a small microwave and a fridge. The bathroom was so small there was……

“Everything was perfect. Clean room. Staff was friendly. Check in was easy. All amenities right there. Would definitely stay again”

“The room was clean, the pool and jacuzzi could’ve used a good scrub around the tiles. The air freshener smells good throughout the hotel. But unfortunately, you can taste it in the ice. Breakfast had tons of options to choose from. Downfall is there’s nowhere to eat around this hotel so plan on stopping and bringing food back unless you want McDonald’s every night.”

“Everything was filthy, entrance 6 had a horrid smell you had to hold your breath to walk though. Bed had crumbs and dog hair. There was womans underwear left behind from previous occupant. Rooms smelled like mold, when they came to change the sheets the owners wife and daughter came and looked visibly upset. The pool was dirty, the hot tub had visible floating dead skin cells. When it was time for breakfast there was not much to pick from not enough for the people that showed up for it.”

“Very cute Schitt's Creek vibe - Beds were VERY comfy. Our room had a personal patio out front - kids loved the pool and of course, the Noah's Arc passes were put to good use!”
