“DO NOT RECOMMEND. Staff is horrible! For starters I had a broken foot and walk in with my 80 year old mom who also has mobility issues and what does the front desk do? Takes forever with no consideration to the fact that I was standing with a broken foot all that time... then she proceeds to assign us a second floor room with no elevator! The lack of common sense and empathy is just appalling. Needles to say I requested a room change and what was given to us felt like a PUNISHMENT. I am not……

“Modern hotel in a good, quiet location, about 20 minutes from Río Claro Park and 20 minutes from Hacienda Nápoles. The swimming pool is beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast was less impressive, with very limited choice. The staff seemed quite young and somewhat inexperienced.”

We could walk easily to everywhere in town. The property is beautiful and very well cared for. I would love to return.”
