It was my first time in Cartagena, the amenities in the hotel was not the problem, I would not recommend for a solo traveler, the location is great, it’s right across the beach, but step into the beach at your own peril, there are locals there waiting to harass you and fleece you for money, I didn’t have 5mins of peace there, sit under an umbrella and you pay, then the constant influx of vendors pestering you, they know you’re a foreigner so they try to extort you, mind you the hotel staff suggested I go to the beach since the hotel pool wasn’t open yet, it was a very unpleasant experience to say the least. I will not be returning.

环境非常好，每天有人打扫消毒，小酒吧各种酒，三餐当地风味特色食谱，很丰盛。经济允许情况下最佳选择。临近漂亮的海滩。

Elevador y buen aire acondicionado en el 5to piso. Baños primer piso lobby se necesitan para no tener que subir por escaleras a un 5to piso.

Unfortunately my experience did not live up to expectations and I would not recommend staying here. Our room didn't even have a room number, shows lack of care amongst staff and hotel executives. Additionally, the rooms had a moldy smell to them and the bathroom was incomplete (no shower head)
