"The location of the hotel is indeed secluded, with virtually no surrounding amenities. While the beach staff were courteous and attentive—particularly Edwin, who demonstrated exceptional service and professionalism—this was unfortunately the only positive aspect of the stay. The condition of the hotel is deeply concerning. The property is severely outdated and exhibits clear signs of neglect. There was visible mold throughout the pool area, particularly around the slide pool, posing a potential health hazard. Additionally, multiple tiles were missing inside the pool, and the surfaces were extremely slippery, creating a dangerous environment. As a direct result of these unsafe conditions, I suffered a fall while walking in the pool area. Paramedics were called to assess my condition; however, there was a complete lack of any follow-up or incident management by the hotel.
