“I couldn't believe that the billing system of a 5-star hotel could have such a low-level error. The hotel can enjoy meals for $30 per day after paying a $35 destination fee. I had breakfast around 10 on the check out day, which should have been included as free, but the hotel charged for the full amount. In my first call with them, I strongly stated that it was an error. “Gorgeous property! Staff were ALL amazing! My only suggestion is to have adult only hours for the in the evenings. We were trying to relax in The spa from 8-10pm, and there were lots of kids going back and forth from the pool to the spa. It was very annoying.”
