“The breakfast servers Bashkim and Floriberto greeted us every morning with big smiles and excellent service. The buffet was clean and bright. All the food was kept hot or cold; whatever was needed. I reached out immediately after noticing the issue and asked to be switched to the correct unit, but my request was ignored. The condition of the place is absolutely unacceptable.
