“Nous avons apprécié l’accueil et le service et le cadre enchanteur du site hôtelier toutefois nous avons était surpris par quelques détails qui ne reflète en rien du cadre professionnel de ce type d’établissement, baignoire hors service, pas d’eau du tout, télévision, aucune chaîne ne fonctionnant pas, des traces de moisissures au niveau de la douche.”

“It was great. Would be an excellent place for a longer stay - kitchen and living area are lovely and the apartment is spacious! Staff were friendly. I didn’t manage to work out if food was possible to get but overall, highly recommend.”

“They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. ”

“Pluspunten:
-ligging is goed, naast een grote Mall. Genoeg eetgelegenheden in de buurt
-ontbijt is niet massaal en geen lopend buffet, hierdoor wordt het wat persoonlijker en is de kwaliteit beter
- kamers groot genoeg voor gezinnen ivm 2 bedbanken.
- personeel behulpzaam en aardig
Minpunten:
- badkamer is erg klein, toilet voor de douche en wordt na elke gebruik kleddernat.
- parkeergarage erg klein en te snel volgeboekt.
- bedlinnen erg verouderd, kamers niet schoon.
- airco gaat uit……

“We stayed at this property with a family of 15 for a wedding. We rented multiple units and they were beyond our expectations! All the units had central AC! Very clean, comfortable, modern and well equipped. The neighborhood is vibrant and we felt very safe. The staff were extremely humble, always available and very very helpful. There is a door man who sits out all night so we never felt unsafe even walking around at 2AM. 5 STAR! If not more!”
