Was concerned when reading the reviews however this place exceeded my expectations. The staff are very attentive everything i asked for was done and even gone the extra mile. The place is a perfect spot in a lively part of town. You have a kitchen everything you need including washing machine, cooker, fride, freezer, toaster, kettle. You have nice terrace area if you want to smoke or just relax. The iptv smart tv is amazing has all the channels. Felt very comfortable here would highly recommend.

This is the stay that you feel you want to repeat thousands of times … It’s complete experience from checkin, room, location but Staff is extremely an added value for all above. The nicest hotel I stayed in by far. Nicest amentities for a long term stay. I was very sad I was there for only one night. This is good for a couple's long term stay or a solo traveller, but not great if you are in a party or people who are not comfortable sharing close quarters- rooms are not very big. Other than that, really really nice and I will be coming back here!

Good location next to Arribat Center, We stayed in the family room for 4 on the 1st floor. Beds were comfortable! True that they will not give you more than 2 towels, and not even any small towels or washcloths. Better to bring your own! From the description, I assumed breakfast was a paid buffet option next door, but it was a la carte from the menu in the room. Front desk were nice enough, just different from Western expectations. Thanks for storing our huge bags!

We booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Upon entering at check-in time and filling out the paperwork, we were told only one room was cleaned and we would have to wait for the other room. The lobby looked nice and clean, and the aesthetic was nice, however the front- of-desk staff were not welcoming and were focused on keeping to themselves. The rooms looked appealing compared to others in the area. In the first room, the bed was smelly and seemed like it had not been washed. There was only one towel in this room to be shared with two people for shower. When we got the second room, after about 30 minutes when we went up to the first room, the room looked appealing and was designed well. We did have problems with this room as well, the toilet was broken and continuously ran water. We were also not given a towel and had to ring reception to get one. The housekeeping staff were polite and were trying to accommodate to our needs. Overall, although the design and aesthetic was nice, more attention is required with the cleaning, maintenance, and accessories provided to guests. The housekeeping staff were nice, and we appreciated their hospitality.

The hotel was in a decent location, not super far away from the tram line. The apartment is big enough, with many facilities included. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had some problems with the shower - the shower door does not stop the water - and the balcony door - does not fully close. There are also not enough hangers in the closet. Other than these, it served its purpose.
