"The 1900’s Farmhouse is beautiful. It was extremely clean and the decor was lovely. The soaker tub was terrific and the fireplace created a warm ambiance. Retro frig and microwave appliances were a very nice touch. The yard was beautiful and had both a nice patio with grill and a great fire pit area. Marsha was a wonderful host and very responsive, providing eating ideas and cool destination options which we loved exploring. Our favorite was the Alley Mill and Springs. Special call outs to Gramma Nell’s restaurant in Birch Tree for their amazing staff, excellent breakfasts, and cherry pie and to Smokin’ Sam’s BBQ and Grill in Mountain View where we enjoyed great conversation with the owners and had amazing brisket sandwiches, tasty french fries, coleslaw and beans. "

"It's a beautiful cabin and the owners are very responsive and helpful! My only complaint has nothing to do with the property or owners, but the noise from the park (which is across the road...awesome if you have kids in tow!) in the late evening/early night is a little irritating (not kids playing but people meeting up with systems thumping and revving engines), but it tapered off by 10-11PM. So if you are an early bird like me I recommend bringing a sound machine, fan, or ear plugs! Other than that it was a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning in the future!"

"Found this little gem coming into the area last minute. The Owner was available for questions and assistance if needed, very friendly. Cute little fishing cabin, the train may bother some people but I was not bothered. I only stayed a night, so I am looking forward to staying longer my next visit. "

"This is a great property in the Ozarks! Although its off the beaten path, it was worth it. The property had roaming horses (6) of them. They were such a joy to watch and pet! We did not see the owners during our stay, but knew they were close if we needed anything. Over all the stay is something we would do again. I will say that we as guest vould ha e been better prepared for outdoor cooking by bringing charcoal and lighter fluid lol. We will be back"
