“The lighting was awful in the bedroom. The pillows were flat. The light in the hallway was poor, and a bit dangerous for going down the stairs. ”

“After driving 8 hours we arrived at this rental, looking forward to a relaxing evening. That was not the case. First of all, we had an issue getting inside and contacting the host. Secondly, while waiting for his reply we walked around the house to the front door and found a water disconnect notice from the city. He reset the access code and we got in. Turn on the water and it was in fact off! We left to find a hotel. The host and I communicated that evening and the next day, he informed me that……

“We attended a wedding and attended a concert the following night. This was convenient for both activities. We took a Lyft to/from both events. Just perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable bed! ”
