The property was in a great location. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean except for the bathroom. The drain for the tub was put on the back of the toilet, there was hair still on the edge of the tub, black mold on the caulking in the tub and a huge crack in the sink.

I liked the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the pet friendly option & the late check in option. The only thing I didn't like was the plastic cups in the room. I would have preferred glass for environmental reasons .

The staff was friendly and ready to answer any questions. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day and quick to respond. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. The bed was perfect for sleeping well. It was very quiet and we had guests in rooms above us and next door to us. Across the street and next door, there was fast food, inside dining, grocery store, banks, retail stores, and just about anything you might be seeking. The amenities included a swimming pool and hot tub which was great after coming in from 20 degree weather outside. Basic breakfast items were included. Hot water, tea, hot chocaolate and coffee is available 24 hours a day and the staff will make sure to keep the pots full and fresh. This was exactly what we were looking for.
