“A special thank you to the lovely Algerian lady at reception for her warm welcome, kindness and professionalism. She made me feel genuinely welcome after a long day. Truly outstanding hospitality! Un grand merci à la charmante réceptionniste franco-algérienne pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Après une longue journée, elle a su me mettre à l’aise. Une hospitalité vraiment remarquable !”

“Nice location and an excellent buffet next door. The room was adequate, but it would’ve been helpful to have a few more towels and simple amenities like a shower, cap, etc. The breakfast was OK but the croissants were fantastic. The coffee was also very good.”

“Very good location, good service. The decoration are old”

“The hotel advertises they have a restaurant every evening, but I was advised on check in that restaurant wasn’t open on my first night. I thought this was rather poor given it is a hotel airport and there was no forewarning so I couldn’t make other meal plans. Otherwise great stay.”

“很靠近機場，環境很好。適合不想趕路的人。nice service”

“離火車站近。小而安靜，服務佳，房間略小。”

“wifi was totally broken during the whole stay, location is convenient that the hotel is right at the corner of train station. Walking distance to reach lakeside; ”

“Room is clean and pool is great.”

“Clean and spacious room for the price. Service is good and the free shuttle (every 20 min) to and from airport is a definite key advantage as we have heavy luggage. Free travel pass makes travelling to Geneva town center stress-free - bus and trams stops are only a few mins walk away.”
