“This hotel is such a gem. I had an absolute wonderful time here. The staff were so incredibly helpful. Shoutout to Samantha at the front desk and Karen in housekeeping or custodial services. A big thanks to Anthony the restaurant manager as he was so kind. Everything from the bedding, the pool and the frickin TOILET and Bluetooth mirrors were sublime and perfect. I highly recommend a poolside room if you want to be apart of the fun but still within your own private quarters. I will continue to……

“It was a good place to stay on our layover but the place seems a little tired. The hallway carpets had stains in it and our toilet made a high pitch noise when flushed. The elevator buttons on the second floor were broken That being said the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The restaurant was good and the food tasty. Would stay again for a layover again. The shuttle service to/from the airport was very convenient ”

“优点：1.就在机场出发厅旁边，非常近；2.行李车直接推进房间；3.本来不可以更改日期的，不过沟通后直接帮我更改了。 缺点：1.酒店只有一个餐厅提供堂食，不能打包，堂食区桌子有点密；除了这个餐厅就只能叫ROOM SERVICE；机场控制区外没有其它餐饮；2.两个小时内打了三次电话叫瓶装水都没送上来，第二次居然来了一辆轮椅，搞不懂bottled water和 wheelchair为啥可以等同。”

“The staff is very kind. The place needs lots & lots of upgrades. The furniture in the rooms are old dirty, and doesn’t function well. The carpet is dirty & old. The bathtubs were rusted & the faucets leaked. ”
