“Clean room, cleanliness inside/out”

“The hot tub jets were not working, and the water was not hot. Very limited breakfast selection. Our room was nice,but the toiletseat was broken, and the one time I didn’t bring lotion there was none in the room.”

“The room it’s completely renovated in the 3floor, the others were under construction. The breakfast was limited in a simple table, nothing hot except the coffee. The staff was kind.Besides the hotel there was a construction machinery working early in the morning. Clean room. You see construction workers entering and leaving the property. Next to my room there were a guests with loud and disruptive behavior late at night for the entirety of my stay.”

“Bed sheets were completely stained I could tell they were clean but I didn’t feel comfortable with sleeping stained sheets which looks like it has been in there MONTHS Hotels make well over enough money to where they can afford to replace sheets I thought that was part of the reason why they want you to put a deposit down for damages etc. I also had to report the amount of noise I had to deal I travel three hours away from this location and wanted to take a nap once I got checked in it was……

“Unfortunately, the hotel is under construction and wasn’t aware of it until we arrived to check in. Even though the staff was excellent, just wasn’t able to use much of anything. It’s a good thing the property is getting renovated, the lobby is in bad shape and all the furniture was clearly worn out. ”

“Nasty dirty rooms i paid for two nights and stayed for one because the rooms and bathrooms were nasty, scarey eleveator , room just has a nasty funk ouldnt get rid off really a motel with a gym and washer and dryer”
