“The air conditioner looked like someone had thrown up on it, and nobody cleaned it out! It was actually pretty disgusting, but all I really needed was a place to sleep for a couple of nights. I wish I could upload pictures of it. Oh and when you tell guest that your hotel just went under renovations just tell the truth and that you just sapped some paint on the walls. I hope this helps other travelers.”

“Waiting area was extremely hot when we walked in. Got there a few minutes before check in but was told we had to wait. During this 15 minutes a whole crowd accumulated in the lobby. Snacks are in bags at the front desk for hilton honors members, which I am, but still didn't receive a bag. Floors are dirty. Pull out bed has yellow stains all over it. Fridge had a huge chunk of ice where freezer needs to be thawed out. Breakfast was fine. Man cooking the omelets was friendly. Trash all over the……
