“The property was amazing, the staff were the most helpful of all the places we visited in Spain and Italy on our trip. I didn’t know we needed a car to visit this area and transport was arranged and the owner himself picked us up and dropped us off for a reasonable fee. This is a must see area. ”

“If you're looking for quiet and seclusion, this is a great spot. The indoor thermal pool was nice for a half hour or so soak. We had a car and had just come from Sorano and Sovana...would highly recommend both towns. I think there was a walking trail near the hotel, but it was rainy so we decided to drive 45 minutes to Saturnia to the public thermal cascade...fabulous (and free)!!!. We decided to have dinner at a lovely restaurant half way between Saturnia and the hotel, as it seemed too……

“Beautiful grounds and environment, very idillic and scenic. We were able to catch a stunning sunset on the first night. However, the sunrise was blocked by a hill. The breakfast was decent with a good selection. The staff was friendly. We came in late March, so the grapevines were just stubs. Also, their Michelin restaurant was closed so we had to drive out to get dinner. Also none of the wine tours had started yet, and there were no free wine in the rooms (although you can purchase bottles)”

“first, I need to mention about the basic necessity - the hotel just simply arrange me a single bed, instead of putting two single bed to make it to be their "Delux twinbed" By the end, it is not comfortable, there is a big gap between the two bed, inspite there is a camoflage of heavy bed sheets on the top. My rating for this hotel is just Bed and Breakfast grade for Local Italian, there are only two owners and young guy who can speak average English, while they are doing everythings for……

“We had a great time staying at Marfisa. Rooms had a nice and modern setup. Pool access was fantastic and dining option was good to have. They welcome guests with the bottle of wine from their own winery- which was a nice gesture. Spa experience was also nice and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this place. “Bellissima Location in oasi collinare, camere rurali ma dotate di ogni comfort e molto pulite, piscina sempre a disposizione senza orari, salottini immersi nel verde e tanto altro. Una grande pianta di Fico carica di tanta "energia positiva" sovrasta l'intera aia. La titolare, Stefania, è una persona premurosa e gentilissima. Unico neo, il tratto di strada bianca per arrivarci che ci obbligherà a lavare l'auto. Ma fa parte anche quello del contesto.”
