“Terribile! Non un 4 stelle. Ci hanno informato solamente dopo il check-in di avere dei “problemi” con l’A/C che in realtà è inesistente! Colazione al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Il personale si mette a disposizione ma ben poco riescono contro le condizioni generali di un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Unica nota positiva il rumore inesistente e la posizione, ma farebbero meglio a catalogarsi come un 3 stelle con SPA e piscina.”

“We had a tremendous stay at Capanna Suites. From the very first moment we stepped into reception hotel, we could already feel the warmth and friendliness from Anna and co. The suite itself was classy and full of character. We had a brilliant private spa experience which was super relaxing after a long driver during the day. We also had our best dinner in Italy watching the sunset! Would highly recommend others to enjoy the Tuscan life at Capanna Suites.”

“Grosse maison perdue dans la campagne qui a été une superbe découverte. Nous avions un magnifique appartement qui donnait sur une belle piscine magnifiquement entretenue. Le personnel est très avenant avec un remerciement spécial pour Fatima qui nous a accueillis en français est s'est occupé de nous toute la soirée. Elle nous a concocté un excellent repas le soir avec des produits du terroir. Un grand merci pour elle qui était encore présente tôt au petit déjeuner. Excellente expérience à……
