“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

“We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico.”

“La ubicación es excelente. Lo único que puedo destacar. Mal olor a humedad y a viejo desde que entras. Muebles deteriorados, rotos. No hay elevador. El cuarto con una peste a polvo y humedad. Los matres son de baja calidad, puedes sentir los resortes de alambre. El televisor no servía. Lo único bueno; el aire acondicionado. Nos tocó un cuarto en el tercer piso con una pared de cristal con cortinas y de noche la claridad que entra al cuarto lo pone como si fuera de día. El precio muy alto para lo……

“Queremos destacar que la atención del staff durante nuestra estadía fue EXCELENTE. Usamos mucho la piscina y la barra/cocina cerca de la piscina; la pizza 10/10! La propiedad en general está en buenas condiciones pero…los cuartos, en específico los baños, ya requieren un ‘update’, y el mueble del cuarto una mejor limpieza para sofá. El parking bastante cerca accesible a la propiedad. Un hotel a considerar para una próxima ocasión. Agradecidos por la atención.”
