“I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine”

“This was our second stay at the Barcelo Aruba. The hotel is ideally situated for us in the Palm Beach area. The staff in the hotel were excellent, particularly in The Beach Club where we mostly went to for breakfast and lunch where we were looked after by Claudia, Fernanda and Anny. In the Arubian Seafood Restaurant we were looked after by Edgard. The hotel has a very nice reception and lobby bar area, fantastic pool area with a short walk to the Barcelo Beach area. The only downside is although……

“Really beautiful resort! Everyone is nice there and willing to help. Customer service was amazing. Very family oriented. The adult pool was boring you can’t play your own music but there’s no Dj. The pool with a swim up and DJ was full of children but over all I had a wonderful stay!”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“This property has everything you need for an all inclusive Holiday. Super friendly staff and our housekeeper Maria was excellent! The food is very good and always fresh. One of the best dinner buffets we’ve seen at a resort. We would have liked to see a wider range of daytime activities such as yoga - and a wider range of night time options. Sometimes dinner can be a challenge especially at the Steakhouse - long lines and limited seating. ”

“Everything was great! Close to “the strip” free parking was very convenient since we had a rental car and the staff were very helpful and pleasant! I will definitely book with them in the future. My first time experience in Aruba was great ”

“The view of golf field is superb. Its in the middle of 2 comercial spots on the island. Driving and parking are easy here.”

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were extremely clean including the poolside bathrooms. The large pool was cleaned daily. There was always someone on staff to support with tour and sight seeing bookings. The hotel breakfast was included in our stay it had quite a large spread with made to order omelets. Our family has allergies and dietary restrictions and we all found something to eat every morning. We cant wait to go visit Aruba again and will be staying at the……

“Very nice hotel with nice staff. Very limited food choices without transportation though. There are a lot of businesses under construction at the hotel, but limited at present.”

“This property was great. All the staff were very friendly and eager to assist. The only downside was the reservation process for the all inclusive restaurants. They can only be booked 2 days in advance and usually our options were 5pm or 8pm”
