“Cabin is near, bed is comfortable and it was okay place to stay. The road is less to be desired, potholes everywhere. Staying next to mobile homes with junk everywhere makes it great scenery and little worrisome of the neighborhood. The place heats from a space heater in each bedroom one didn’t work, checked breaker and it was fine. Also from an electric space heater/fireplace in the living room. Needless to say the place was freezing. Floors colder than heck. The place was clean at least.……

“Let me first say that the house was adorable, clean and had comfy beds. The deck has 2 locking gates for kids or privacy and was spacious. I worked outside on my laptop 2 days and enjoyed the lake and gentle breeze. It was nice to have real toilet paper and full size toiletries (I brought my own but it was a nice touch). Now….. “This area was so private, I’m new to Missouri all together and this was my first trip to the Ozarks with my wife. I absolutely loved our little cabin area it was super clean, the host is extremely accommodating, we were able to enter as soon as we arrived which was a bit before check in. You are about 30 minutes from everything but you have some nearby restaurants and shopping. I would book here again for sure.”

“A no-frills rest area in Versailles, MO. Somewhat limited room numbers (expansion is on the way, along with presumed upgrades to everything) and sparse accommodations could force a traveler to overlook the most important aspect of the stay: a comfy bed. They have a lot of these. Think 'best sleep you've had in weeks' kinda vibe. At the time of my recent stay here I had been on the road for quite a bit and the bed comfort level exceeded that of some $150-$300 rooms I had stayed at for work. If……

“We absolutely loved it here! We wanted peacefulness and to be able to stargaze and we got it all!. It was a wonderful first trip together! We were able to see the milky way. “This VRBO is a lovely home with nice appointments. Layout worked well for seven adults with three children using 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Lovely sunrise, and relatively quiet section of the Lake of the Ozarks. Renters should be aware that the drive in is a one lane road with steep sections, and the driveway into the property is also steep and using all wheel drive is more comfortable for most.”

“Having 2 houses side by side was perfect!! The lake was low, so fishing wasn't good, but it was perfect for the little ones. We didn't have to worry as much with them playing in the water because it was only knee high on the adults the whole length of the dock. The teens really enjoyed the kayak. Both houses were clean and well stocked. Issue with the Wi-Fi and electric on one end of porch, but the owner sent someone right out. My husband has COPD and was able to make the walk to the dock……

“I would have given this house a 5 star stay but because of the sofa in the living room so old that when you sit down you sank all the way to the buttom. The house is cute, a little older but in really good shape, very nice layout with plenty of bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen is set up great with island, just stove and sink are old. If you want to stay here and love coffee, make sure you bring your own coffee pot, the house only has coffee pot for 5 cups. We really enjoyed the dock wish we……
