“I had a great experience, the service and breakfast were both excellent, and Melanie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Really appreciated the attention to detail and friendly atmosphere!”

“The room was filthy. Toilet paper rolls were used, there was roach poop in the top corners of the room. The bed side tables were broke. The mirror in the bathroom was filthy. There was paint on the walls like a toddler had painted their trim and gotten it everywhere. The pool said 24 hours online but the sign said it closed at 10. The $12 breakfast buffet was nothing more than a continental breakfast. The bed looked like it had been slept in. The soap dispenser in the shower was visibly dirty.”

“A not so cheap motel that offers access to this part of Lake of the Ozarks. The shower was disgusting and I had to go to the gas station and buy some cleaner to clean the shower myself. The room was otherwise clean, but kind of frustrating when you have to clean pubes from the shower. You check in before you ever get there and you don’t actually see a live person. The place looks full just because it’s the only hotel in the area that gives you good proximity to the local marinas. Motel was $160,……

“April 2026 stay, which was 'out of season'. Booked room for five nights with our adult daughter accompanying us. Arrived to find two sets of convention people at the site and the room allocated was a double occupancy bed. Went back to reception and they eventually allocated us a room in 'the estate', an adjacent set of cabins located about 1 mile away. Location was picturesque with lakeside views.
