“It was not ok. We didn’t have much of a choice because we had reserved online and couldn’t get our money back. It took 30 mins to get someone to the window to check in at 8:30. Then the toilet was stopped up and had to change rooms, they also took another $100 for “Deposit” when you check in. If it’s cash you get it back when you check out but if it’s card it takes a week or two. There was dog feces everywhere, even on the stairs. The only thing for breakfast was a couple pieces of bread and……
