“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff provided outstanding service and were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast. There was a great variety of food, everything was fresh, and it was delicious. It was the perfect way to start the day. “The pull out bed had blood on it. Absolutely gross didnt realise till it was midnight and had to he up at 5am. So gross. Also booked a suite with 2 beds and a pull out bed and got 1 bed and a pull out bed. Not what i ordered.Pool was nice and warm.”

However, this experience was very disappointing. Due to a necessary name correction on the reservation, Expedia assisted in updating the guest name, and I presented the updated information to the front desk upon arrival. Unfortunately, due to a system synchronization delay on the hotel’s side, the updated information was not visible……
