"The rooms are outdated, the toilet had a poorly repaired cracked at the bottom, the sink also had a crack and the tub drained very slow. The lighting is that yellow tone and very dim. The wallpaper throughout the room reminded me of an old 70s room. The location is excellent. I enjoyed watching planes take off and land right from my room. I felt very safe coming and going at different times of the day and night. My only interaction with the staff was at check in, didn’t report any of the issues because it didn’t affect my stay. It was more unsightly than interruptive."

"The service personnel were wonderful up to and including taking photos of guests at their request. The rooms were extraordinarily large and well appointed. Our flight arrived super early in the morning and we were allowed to check in earlier than reservation time. The convenience to rental cars and the airport were superb. The price point was competitive to much smaller hotels. I will stay at Sheraton once again when visiting Chicago."

"The hotel is nice but showing some age. Our room was very clean but carpets in hallways are worn and the same small trash was in the hallway for 48 hours during our stay. Room was very comfortable. The social spaces were nice and pool is very nice but it’s in a health club that seems to be separate from the hotel. You sign a waiver everyday, to use it and amenities like towels, are not allowed out of the space which means dripping, cold kids walking through an enormous hotel and on the elevators. The health club staff were not particularly accomodating. We would stay again. All of our issues were relatively small."
