“It was a nice stay, but the front desk staff needs to stand up when registering guests.”

“Hotel is old, room is big but carpet is dirty. Staff is nice though. Not cheap for a hotel this quality ”

“everything is great ! we would like to have another stays again.”

“Definitely clean accommodation. Convenient parking and exit. Halloween decorations were very nice. It took me a day to figure our room temperature. I understand importance of cooler temps but I'm older so I like my room warmer. I ended up buying a throw blanket at nearby Target to make the temperature comfortable.”

“Definitely a great place to stay! We all were comfortable and enjoyed our time. We will definitely stay there again for future trips. Everything was very clean. Lots of towels. Extra blankets and pillows. And there were plenty of things to be able to cook to avoid eating out. Super pleased!”

“Convenient parking, breakfast buffet ends too early”

“Charles was super responsive and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Also the shower head great water pressure :-)”

“Terrible dirty ”

“Didn’t even get to stay, said we were unable to use a digital ID to check in and then said we could file for a refund on the site. When contacted by Expedia they said we showed them someone else’s ID which we did not and that we were still able to check in with a digital ID even though we were denied the first time, this resolution came like two hours later so we were already somewhere else and they said it was impossible to get a refund so wasted almost $200.”
