“We went to a show at the Capital Theater and this place was very convenient. Had a nice dinner in walking distance as well. The building is old and kind of gross, but the apartment itself was very nice, modern, and clean.”

Property manager was very attentive. Despite flaws mentioned above (which should be an easy fix) we enjoyed our stay.”

“The first thing we saw was a outside stairway that was rotting and the paint peeling off. We had to watch for splinters on the handrail & nails coming up on the stairs to get to the front door. The bad stay way was in just as bad a condition. The bed frames made such a racket we switched to another, but found either the other was loud as well or the mattress uncomfortable. Because of a shelf right above, it was difficult to get into the washer/dryer without hitting your head. The high top table……

“Plenty of hot water, clean linens, coffee pods and close to USCGA. Beds are comfy and AC works well. Neighbors are nice. Loved having washer and dryer!”
