“The first room I had Toilet didn’t flush properly. Telephone didn’t work and the air conditioner sounded like a jet taking off and the controls didn’t work so I couldn’t even turn it off. I had to change rooms at 2 o’clock in the morning because I couldn’t stand the noise from the air conditioner any longer, the second room I got was much better”

“There was barely any staff on site. No cleaning staff. They showed me 3 different rooms that were all hideous. We were going to stay in the 3rd room till we saw an egregious stain on the bed. The front desk staff said he would give a refund to just reach out to Expedia. When I do so, Expedia said the hotel denied the refund. I have photos. This hotel was disgusting! I never even stayed more than 30mins on site and they won’t refund my money.”
