“Kellie’s property was perfect for a long weekend with family by the beach. Several places to eat and little shops all within walking distance. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds are so comfortable, one of the best I’ve ever slept in at a short term rental. Kellie was wonderful to deal with and very responsive to all questions and concerns. We will definitely stay again while visiting in the area.”

“We had the best time in Beaufort staying at this property! We came for a wedding and Jason let us check in early so we had time to get ready upon arrival. This made a huge difference for us. Then, Jason messaged us letting us know we could stay as long as we wanted the last day. This allowed us another beach day and really made our trip so much better. Flexible hosts make the world of difference and I wish more were like Jason! The house was stocked and super clean. The only negative was that……

“The cottage is as advertised- clean and cute. The property manager and owner were very responsive to our needs. Wifi was fine. Two suggestions for others - use the back door to access the cottage as the sliding door lock is challenging. Also, if you need a quiet location to sleep please know that the Heat/AC split unit is very loud and turns on and off every 10 minutes or so. It woke me multiple times and also made TV hard to hear and conversations challenging. This may not bother others.”

“My wife and I stayed for a quick babymoon before our first child arrives. The house was great. Very clean and comfortable and with a neat decor. Close to the breach and a short trip to all the good restaurants. The host was great as well, with excellent communication.”

“We met our family in NC to spend the week together. NC is the halfway point between us. The cottage was clean & ready for us. The location is so convenient. We loved Ft. Macon state park & beach. Had an amazing jet ski tour with AB Water, the boys tried out fishing; overall a nice & relaxing time. I’d rebook again. The downstairs full bath is highly convenient for 6 people, only can use some ventilation. Thanks again!”

“My company moved me from Down East to Atlanta last year and this was a great spot for our Spring Break trip back to the coast. There was plenty of space for all of us (I have 2 20-something and 1 high school age sons). The location was great, and the host was fantastic. We will be booking this place again on our next visit, hopefully soon!”

“This was our second time staying here and it was just as lovely as the first time. We were a little early for fishing but we still tried our best down at the dock! The ducks were migrating north and one day we must've seen thousands of them flying by in a flock for over 30 minutes. It was really interesting and so beautiful- and our dog enjoyed watching them from the dock. If you're looking for a cozy, quaint cottage in a laid back little town, this is the place for you!
