“The standout feature of this hotel is the shower—spacious, with plenty of hot water, and easily one of the best I’ve experienced. The room itself was large, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a relaxing stay. The property is located in a quiet, somewhat remote area along the water (not a beach), offering pretty views and even the unique sight of wild horses nearby. Check-in was quick and efficient, and both the hallways and room were kept in excellent condition.……

“Great peaceful getaway — even better in warm weather!I stayed at Adam’s property over Thanksgiving with my dog, and Adam was a wonderful host. He communicated quickly and was very helpful throughout the stay. The grounds were beautiful, clean, and peaceful, and the chickens were a fun and quiet surprise. (Fresh eggs in the morning would be an awesome future bonus! )The outdoor amenities — fire pit, outdoor shower, jacuzzi, and relaxing seating areas — all looked amazing, but unfortunately the……

“The Beaufort Bungalow was perfect. My wife and young daughter stayed for 2 nights and its location allowed us to easily explore Beaufort, Morehead City and Atlantic Beach/Emerald Isle. The cottage itself is so cozy in a beautiful setting very close to the downtown Beaufort waterfront. My daughter loved the loft area. Would definitely stay here again. Had an opportunity to meet both Dave and Clara and both were super nice and helpful.”

“Nice and Clean however the towels needed to be washed again, the dryer did not dry well. Need blackout shades in the bedroom. Shower head leaks. Even with these issues the place was nice and clean, comfy furniture and beds. ”

It is close to downtown, Harkers Island, and Cape Lookout, It is clean, the gate and apartment key codes worked, it is tastefully decorated. We had no issues of any kind. The owner provided us excellent suggestions of what to see and the weather was beautiful. ”
