“Yea chose the biggest room for my family staying. But the photos in the web is so different from real! So dirty and bad. Well..at least the toilet is acceptable. Long staircase and no way to lift up to the room at all! ”

“Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.”

“Great location, close to Earl’s Court Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The free laundry facilities were also a nice bonus. The room was average in terms of cleanliness — not dirty, but not particularly spotless either. The staff were generally polite and helpful, but I didn’t really feel welcomed. The service felt more functional and transactional rather than warm and genuinely hospitable. One morning-shift staff member also came across as particularly serious and……

“Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.”

“交通方便，19、38公車站牌走路幾分鐘就到，地鐵站跟大英博物館也在走路十幾分鐘就到的地方，Brunswick Center有大型超市（中西皆有），自己煮食也很方便。附近維吾爾餐廳Atush的大盤雞也不錯吃，炒青菜價格也不錯。有一天因為使用微波爐的問題需要員工幫忙處理，員工也非常有耐性，最後還幫我搬了一台微波爐來。 唯一小小的缺點就是，房間比照片稍微有點不同，比我想像中小跟舊一點，總之我一個人住了7晚，安全方面也還不錯，如果有機會是個我還會想再回去住的地方！”

Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city……

“Generally fine. But cleaning room only once every two days is not acceptable at this price point.”

“Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident. The replacement room was on a low……
