“We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! The hotel seems to be very “environmental friendly” where the supplies for the bathroom is extremely controlled, for example, only 1 small bottle of liquid soap for a……

“房间不大但安排的很整洁舒适，内部装修看起来很新。离火车站和Piaza grande都很近，走路几分钟即可到达；步行很近距离即可到达湖边，离坐船去湖上各处景点的码头就很近。对于不开车，只想舒适休息一晚，不在乎有否湖景的游人来说很合适。 不含早餐，需另附。大堂有提供免费新鲜柠檬水和苹果，小心意，但对刚从长时间日晒中回来的人是个挺好的安慰。”

“I normally do not write reviews; but, wanted to for this hotel. It is a small quaint hotel. It actually has a small pool and hot tub with incredible views. It is actually located in Vezio right outside of Varenna. At first, I was concerned about the location from Varenna. However, Rita the proprietor made sure we had transportation from the train station as well as to and from all of our points of interest. We seriously wanted for nothing. Rita and the staff made sure all our needs were taken……

“Perfect location as it is closed to train station, only 5 mins walk. Clean and tidy room with air-conditioned which is not common in Switzerland. ”

“A beautiful setting right on Lake Maggiore. Our room was spacious, had a refrigerator and coffee maker which we appreciated. The staff at the front desk were wonderful and very helpful with answering questions. Breakfast was very good and there are great hiking options nearby.”
