"The service and condition of the hotel are very good. Except there was black stain (looks like mold stain) and yellow dots on the towel. It is totally unacceptable in such a high ranking hotel."

"On the plus side the lighting in the shower room was very good and especially so for accommodation in its price range. On the down side there was a sign in the shower warning that the shower tray was slippery and there was no grab handle. It would not have cost a fortune to install a non slip tray. ..."
