“I've used this listing several times in the past 6 months for stays from a few days to a week at a time. The studio is large, very well equipped, scrupulously clean and functions very well. The only thing to note, and it's not a complaint, is that there is a long staircase to access the unit. People with mobility issues should take this into consideration.”

However, unit is located about 150 feet from and overlooking a very busy Railroad Crossing where BNSF and AmTrak cross daily and nightly. BNSF horn blasts are very uncomfortable. The listing failed to mention this unpleasant hazard that starts at 2:15AM and occurs over a dozen times into the late evening. It is unbearable.
