I was given an extra hour to check out, but they apparently didn’t tell the staff in the morning as promised. Checkout staff was rude about checkout time and I had to cite the name of the assistant manager to get her to back off. Normally everyone is very courteous—I stayed at these two properties 6 weeks this year— but I had a number of really bad service issues during my plus 2 weeks this time. Used to feel like my home away from home.
