“Clean”

“Claimed to have breakfast, there was none. Rooms were in decent shape. There were beer cans all over the ground in the parking lot. The AC was off in the rroms when we got there and they were quite hot. 3 out of 5 stars.”

“It was very clean. Liked that there was no carpet floor. Very simple place to stay if you’re not looking for too many amenities but that was ok with us, although there was small fridge and microwave in our room. Rooms are outdoor entrance if that matters to anyone. Table in room broke when we were packing our bags to leave and I notified the front desk and they were understanding. Volume on tv remote didn’t work. Still was ok since the place looked and smelled clean upon arrival.”

“We were so happy. The cabin was surrounded by giant Oak trees. Sitting on the deck looking up at them is awesome, and we were looking at a private pier on a beautiful lake. We saw lots of waterfowl and just enjoyed it all. One note though. When my dog and I went to the end of our driveway to get the trash cans we were aggressively approached by 2 pit bull dogs. A white one; and a black one. I was able to separate them from my dog; but the black pit aggressively approached me. I just walked off.……

“Stayed here for the 2024 eclipse - had a great view. It's very out of the way, which was great for us. The property itself is very nice. Comfortable beds and a nice kitchen. And a nice little spot to relax outdoors”

“This was our third time being at Pine Grove cottage, and it was just as beautiful and peaceful as I remembered it. The beautiful pond and the pine trees and the fishing was good. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed”

“My husband I stayed four nights in May 2024. The property is really nice. The deck has great views of the sunrise and the hammock swing is so relaxing to sit in and read a book. The house is clean, comfortable and has everything you need and more. There are kayaks, a paddle board, indoor and outdoor games. One afternoon it was raining so we played monopoly which was fun! I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family and I hope to return again someday.”
