Sulphur Springs Vacations from $724

I will not stay at this place ever again. Yes the rooms were clean, but that doesn't make up for the rest of the stuff we had to deal with. For starters, we were supposed to have a king bed and after we got there, and they finished cleaning the room we were supposed to have, and told us it was OK to bring our stuff in, they decided to change us to a room with double beds so my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds during our stay. Then they tried to make us pay a deposit that we were not informed about until after they switched our room. Nowhere on Expedia does it say anything about having to pay a deposit except for pets and if you need a roll away bed added to your room. Then, she had to make us a key for the room she switched us to and we didn't get it until we got back from eating and she had it stuck on the door where anyone could have just walked up and went in our room. The water in the shower was backwards and nobody told us. The ice machine didn't work. The lady that was at the front desk was never in there and didnt come when the bell was rang.

Breakfast was delicious! Facility is well-maintained.
