“This is a good place to experience old Savannah and the neighborhood is safe and charming. Easy walk to cafe’s, parks and shopping. The stairs are a little steep up to the bedrooms so maybe not good for anyone feeling unsure of their balance etc but the bathroom is bright, water pressure and water quality is lovely and you can darken the bedroom to sleep in. Overall it was a nice getaway and would return.”

We were able to walk to all our destinations with 3 young kids in tow. The house was wonderful and had all the things we needed for our 3 night, 4 day stay. The beds were very comfortable as well.”

“We had a great visit to Savannah and stay at the house. The property updates are really nice while still retaining the charm of the original house. It was nice to have so much space for the family. The location is fantastic, only a short walk to Forsyth Park (which we took the kids to every day). There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. “Wow - Where do I begin! This property had it all. The location is unbeatable. We have stayed at a lot of properties in Sea Pines before and this one was by far the nicest home and the most convenient location. The house was very clean and everything was brand new including the comfortable mattresses. We didn't need for a thing in the kitchen because it was fully stocked with every last detail and they offered a lot of little extras as well. “The house is in a great location. Right by the beach and this portion of the beach is not busy. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the 14 of us. However, the beds are very uncomfortable. If you book this property bring air mattresses.”

“This house is very spacious with lots of rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a third half bathroom. The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. There are many restaurants near by as well as grocery stores and shopping outlets. The host is very responsive and so very helpful providing information not only about the house but things to do and places to see. The……
