“Time of year October 20th - a bit of raining season. Hotel was very comfortable, location to most things within the island as well as airport. Staff was very helpful. Only negative situation was that we had no hot water in our sink or shower on our second morning. Was to be fixed during the day, ultimately it was not. Early evening after telling front desk that hot water still did not exist, it was fixed. It is possible that I am expecting HOT WATER as an American tourist, but the island might……

“We stayed in a garden view unit so felt like a treehouse and could hear birds. The employee who greeted and assisted us was very friendly and attentive. They make eggs to order for breakfast which was a plus for us.”

“We arrived early and the staff was very helpful. Though our room was not ready, they stored our luggage and allowed us to use the pool and fitness center until the room was ready. It was ready before noon, and we were given access then, even though it was still hours before their normal checkin time.”

“Absolutely beautiful hotel in the best area with many shops and restaurant choices as well as a beautiful botanical garden just a short walk away. The hotel staff was exceptional. The amenities were amazing. We especially loved the sauna and jacuzzi after long days exploring Terceira. We had fantastic breakfast every morning and they made us cappuccinos and the best local teas. We would give our highest rating for our stay! :)”

“Great location and view (king room suite), though parking is off site on street. Pool is not heated though was never used by anyone when I was there in April. Great breakfast spread- toast and omelette fixings, yogurt and fruit. Responsive staff to requests for help. Was a slight problem with a bathroom odor they tried to fix. Overall great stay.”
