“Our experience at this hotel has been the worse. We have booked through Expedia for many years and this is the first time where the hotel we booked did not offer the ammenities that it said it had. In our case it was a washer and dryer. The person at the front desk told us it was a problem out of their control because it was advertised wrong on the Expedia website and that they could NOT do anything about it. The room was also in a very poor condition. The door DID NOT close all the way and……

“They are currently in the renovation process. Ocean Beach Palace has 2 beautiful pools. The lobby is beautiful and the staff was very nice and helpful. This was a last minute stay I planned very poorly and they were very accommodating. Avril helped me with reservation updates and upgrades. There is an early check in fee. Local beach, restaurants and shopping is all within walking distance. Shuttle service to and from the airport is available from a separate company that they suggested……
