“Check in was easy arrive early front desk said room was not ready {it was early) we said not a problem did an errand when we return room was ready very clean hotel and room, will be back.”

However, there was one small incident that left me speechless — my key card kept getting deactivated, and I had to go to the front desk three times before I could finally get into my room.”

“Maybe it was a mistake on my end. I booked the hotel through Expedia with my American Express credit card (I just left my card info. The payment was due at arrival). When I checked in, I gave the front desk the information of my citi credit card. My American Express was charged twice. I called the hotel, and the hotel told me that I should call American Express. Then I called American Express and made a dispute. Then the second charge came back. However, on the same day, my citi card was……
