“The carpets are disgusting and the rooms need updated.”

“If you like charming stays and quaint hotels, then this is a great option. The staff was very friendly. They had a restaurant with a bar, and a fun little tavern bar in the basement. The only thing is that there is not a distinct layout of the hotel to show where each room is located and what view you would have. If that is something that is important to you, then be prepared to be happy with your room view or disappointed. Overall, we had a great time and would go there again.”

“We had a brief stay and didn’t have much time to enjoy the amenities but it was clean, cozy and everyone was friendly”

“Great location to enjoy the Boonville area. Quiet neighborhood with private parking. Beautifully decorated apartment. Great utilization of space. Kitchen nicely set up and well organized. Host was very welcoming and accommodating.”

“Convenient location, prompt communication, all the comforts of home. Great beds. Lots of space. Better than a hotel in many ways.”

“Good location for the wedding and other family members”

“We got this room last minute as another hotel overbooked and cancelled our reservation on us. They were very accommodating. It was an adorable room in an adorable town. The room was old fashioned, but well maintained. We had two balconies. The staff were extremely friendly. It was right next to a train station so we loved hearing the trains coming and going.”

“This was our second stay here. We love the beautiful peaceful property. The pool was awesome and we also enjoyed the hot tub. We will be back!”

“Great little place close to the college.”

“Nice and cozy place with cafe and convenience shop for unique finds. It's a friendly stop in passing....”

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“This adorable cottage is so tastefully updated! Every aspect was top notch and high quality. The owners thought of everything and provided such a welcoming vibe filled with extras so many other rentals don't offer. The only thing I couldn't find was a hairdryer.I chose this place based just on photos, and the property is even more lovely. That is rare! We knew nothing about Arrow Rock - what an incredible location and treasure. We were there Monday-Tuesday, so most places except the Visitor……
