“This rental was very clean and in perfect location. About 25 minutes from Reagan airport, and about 30 minutes to all the DC attractions. Very quite neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. It has a treadmill which was a bonus if you would like to exercise. Washer and dryer was useful, and having 2 bathrooms was great. We would definitely stay here if we come back to Washington DC. We had a great stay!”

“The house is located in a private one acre lot. Very private and neighborhood is quiet and great for walking in morning. Coffee in the morning on backyard deck. House is especially clean and spotless. Multi-level house with three living area. Very close to Virginia and Washington activities. Backyard is very spaces, tall trees and beautiful view. ”

“Carolina is an ideal hostess. She was clear with her communication and getting along was so easy. The neighborhood is lovely and perfect for long walks if so inclined. It's nice and quiet while being close to local restaurants and major highways. I recommend anyone staying with Carolina if you're in the DMV area and need a great place to lay your head.”
