“The staff was very helpful and there were many useful features for the rooms. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service the entire week we were there, in a 3rd floor room. Not the end of the world, but inconvenient. We also noted one of the bedroom doors stuck and would not close all the way. The dresser drawers similarly had issues and did not open/close all the way. Overall, it was a good place to stay for the week in the DC area, and we would stay again.”

“Great location in a quiet neighborhood. This apartment was cozy, clean and with many amenities. My family and I stayed at this location as a last minute decision to see Washington D.C. I was surprised to see that they had a pack n play, high chair and very child friendly. This was very appreciated for my 1 yr old nephew. Check-in and checkout was easy. The only thing I would do is ”

“First of all the room was dirty and the remote control was disgusting to touch. The staff never came to any of the rooms to give clean towels or anything. Breakfast terrible and the coffee disgusting. The kitchen is terrible. The place smells like dog feces and cat and dog urine horrible smell.I wouldn't recommend anyone giving them any money. Dog poop by the elevators and has been there for two weeks. They don't mop any of the floors or vacuum the carpets in the hallway or mop in the elevators.……

“This stay was overall great. The only negative thing to say is that the unit is on the ground level of a large shared home with multiple units. This made the noise level from above and next door a little disruptive. However, the host was quick to remedy the problems we encountered which were very few. I was pleasantly surprised with the availability of things in the home. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The laundry room had laundry detergent, there was shampoo and……
