“Great location in a quiet neighborhood. This apartment was cozy, clean and with many amenities. My family and I stayed at this location as a last minute decision to see Washington D.C. I was surprised to see that they had a pack n play, high chair and very child friendly. This was very appreciated for my 1 yr old nephew. Check-in and checkout was easy. The only thing I would do is ”

“This stay was overall great. The only negative thing to say is that the unit is on the ground level of a large shared home with multiple units. This made the noise level from above and next door a little disruptive. However, the host was quick to remedy the problems we encountered which were very few. “Overall, a very pleasant stay outside of a few issues related to check-in and check-in times. Min was very communicative and available when we reached out to her over text, but was lacking just a bit in person. Lastly, the property was not yet available at the check in time that was listed in the reservation information.”

“I expected more from this Best Western. The hotel does not quite match what is advertised or what i would expect from the brand. The breakfast was acceptable but not very good. They serve powdered eggs, which were not particularly enjoyable. During our stay, we even saw a cockroach in the lobby. At checkout, we informed the front desk staff, but they did not seem very concerned or reactive to the comment. The air conditioning filter in the room was also dirty and could use proper maintenance....
