“We arrived at the hotel shortly after midnight. At first glance, it seemed like a basic but acceptable hotel. However, once we reached the third floor, I was shocked by how filthy the carpet was. It was unbelievably dirty. The curtains at the end of the hallway also had visible stains from what appeared to be spilled liquids — something that could easily have been fixed with a simple wash. The bed itself was comfortable, but I honestly felt uneasy and worried about whether the sheets were……

“It was OK. I can’t give it any more than a two star. There was no microwave. There was no toaster. There was one frying pan small to cook our breakfast in. It was one hand towel in each bathroom and just a few towels in the whole place. There was no washing machine just a dryer to clean this kind of could’ve been a little bit better the refrigerator was dirty. There was leftover food in there that could’ve been thrown out. The workout room consist of a punching bag and a small trampoline which……

“Checked in very late but the overnight staff was very nice and helpful. Room was exactly what was pictured online. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good. Overall a nice stay”

“Brownwood is the absolute best! We have stayed there many times and had an excellent experience each time.”

“This property has gone downhill quickly since the last time I stayed here. The rooms are not very well cleaned. The towels and sheets are in desperate need of replacement. Lots of water staining on the walls. Found an extremely broken chair in the room and asked that it be replaced. They brought a new chair and left the broken one in the room. Notified the front desk of a light out in the room, never addressed during our stay.”

“Stay was great! Awesome location right in Eastport. Only issue was mattress is like sleeping on the floor... way too firm.”

“Staff was very helpful”

“I paid with my Apple Card, but the Home2 Suites by Hilton Wildwood the Villages staff said they didn't receive the payment and asked me to make a second payment, which I declined，My credit card was still charged!”

“Quiet, clean spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!”

“The room was very clean but had a sterile feel. There was no drapes covering the window, only blinds. So there was too much light coming in the window for us to sleep. Also, we would have preferred a king bed and they only had a queen bed offered at the time. They don't provide utensils or dishes unless you pay extra. I would suggest bringing your own. They did however, give us an extra blanket when we asked.”

“We booked for a week for our family of 7. There was plenty of space with room for more people. We ended up having extra space to have family over for dinner. We were down for our grandparents 75th wedding anniversary, but ended up losing grandpa before the big day. The owner worked with me to book an extra day to stay longer with our family.”

“The property was very clean and pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay.”
