“Perfect little area. Enjoyed staying here more than a hotel and met some great people staying there as well.”

“House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes……

“Just what we needed as a family of 5 (3 small kids). We felt welcome and not in their way. The camper is tucked back in their driveway. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay!”

“The bed was very comfortable and the shower was awesome. Lots of hot water. There is a bath and a half which was very convenient. The only negative I could think about would be there is no burner in the house to use. I like to have eggs in the morning and I couldn’t do that. There is an air fryer however and a microwave. There was lots of room in the home. And two seating areas for watching TV. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.”

“This property is how its pictured. The ower Jerry is a really nice, friendly man. The location was very convenient for our 3 night stay prior to cruising. Supermarket, restsurants, liquor store, great thrift store all just a 5 minute walk. There is a great mall and beautiful walking park a short drive away. We also walked to Ross's and a few other stores. Would stay here again if ever in the area.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Check-in/Check-out was very easy with detailed instructions from the hosts. The house was very clean and comfortable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to Spanish Springs Square, golf courses, pools, restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts provided several kitchen staples such as coffee, spices, baggies, etc. as well as a few toiletries and beach towels which was very nice. Our guest passes were available upon arrival so we were all set to go enjoy The Villages on day……

“Kevin was great. He answered any questions we had and his villa was perfect! Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils and paper supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen. There was even a Keurig and several K-cups. We enjoyed coffee and donuts on the lanai and sitting in the sun on the lounge chairs. My wife particularly enjoyed riding the golf cart to the town squares. The Villages App was extremely helpful in navigating the multi-modal……

“Overall very nice. The only negatives is the property is on a busy road and pool was a little cloudy but warm. Owners were very responsive and answered all our questions. I would give this property an overall 4 star rating.”

“Nicely appointed kitchen and cozy living room. The bed was perfect. The bathroom was very small but worked out very well for us. Perfect place for two to get away for a few days.”

“I love the breakfast option. I only have one complaint or better yet a suggestion... update your TV's to WIFI 50"-65" tv's that you can be casted to from any mobile device such as any smart phone, tablet and/or laptop computer. ”
