“Booked this hotel because we were visiting my sister- in-law and brother- in-law for the weekend. Was a little skeptical at first, after we went to our room and there was about 2 inches of water on the carpeted floor (below the A/C unit). Went downstairs and informed the front desk, who apologized and gladly moved us to another room. The good things about the room was it was on the top floor near the elevator. The room was clean, but had a little musty smell, which dissipated after we turned……

“Property was convenient to the site of our business in town. Bad experience checking in. Problems with our reservation, and manager felt the need to lecture me about using third party (Expedia) to book room. Really poor internet connection. Toilet would not flush. Manager came up, fiddled with it and said it was okay. It worked once more, then quit again. I told the front desk that it wasn't working, and was assured they'd have maintenance address it. Meanwhile I had to rig it myself using a……

“I paid with my Apple Card, but the Home2 Suites by Hilton Wildwood the Villages staff said they didn't receive the payment and asked me to make a second payment, which I declined，My credit card was still charged!”

“If you are looking for just a bed and shower this is your place. My husband and I live an hour away but we were in town for the Megan Woods concert and we didn't want to drive home afterwards. Unknowingly the hotel was a mile away from the school so that was a perk! I didn't want to pay out a lot of money for a fancy hotel when I have a beautiful house so we weren't looking for amenities. The shower didn't look like it was cleaned before I used it and when I walked across the carpet in my bare……

“They have separate buildings and at least the one we stayed in was a room that was connected on both sides to other rooms where the neighbors were loud beyond the point of being able to sleep. All night.”

“The admissions staff and housekeeping was very nice and helpful. We unfortunately had to change rooms, but the staff was extremely helpful during the process. I've always stayed at this hotel when I'm on a trip. One thing I will say is that the rooms could use an upgrade. Our housekeeping attendant Neka was amazing, but there's no way you can keep a hotel smelling fresh when there's a much-needed upgrade.”
