“Absolutely wonderful hotel! Clean, modern, quiet. Their on site restaurant and bar are amazing. When we realized we didn’t pack a razor for the trip, a staff member hand delivered four to our room! My only “complaint” is that the balcony isn’t entirely private. The separation walls have designs that don’t allow for much privacy if you and your neighbors were out on your balconies at the same time. Despite this, I still feel this is a 5 star hotel and it is easily one of my favorite hotels to……

“Let’s see, the lock on the outside of the door looked broken or tampered with. The cold water faucet in the bathroom was so loose I had to use both hands to use it (one hand to hold it steady to the sink and the other to turn the water on. The bed was actually clean and decent. I did check for bugs considering everything else, but thankfully found none. The mattress however was so firm that wooden planks felt softer. It did appear to have a pillow top at one point, but that has disintegrated……

“The air conditioner was very noisy and we couldn't sleep at all. A/C unite in dire need of maintenance.”

“The first room the floor was wet from the AC leaking water! Next we given a larger room and the AC unit was so noisy that it would wake us up at night!”

“If you are looking for just a bed and shower this is your place. My husband and I live an hour away but we were in town for the Megan Woods concert and we didn't want to drive home afterwards. Unknowingly the hotel was a mile away from the school so that was a perk! I didn't want to pay out a lot of money for a fancy hotel when I have a beautiful house so we weren't looking for amenities. The shower didn't look like it was cleaned before I used it and when I walked across the carpet in my bare……

“They have separate buildings and at least the one we stayed in was a room that was connected on both sides to other rooms where the neighbors were loud beyond the point of being able to sleep. All night.”
