“The hotel is hard to find as Google took us to the wrong area. When we got to our room and turned on the lights in the bathroom, several cockroaches scattered, so not the best nights sleep worrying about the roommates.”

“This is a perfect place to disconnect and recharge, does have wi-fi if you can't live without it. The staff extremely cordial and attentive from the moment I stepped into the property,the restaurant staff was just as attentive prompt. The Hacienda has a rustic touch with a modern aproach, only five minutes outside of Izamal which makes it a perfect location. The Spa massage was phenomenal, will definitely stay here again when in the area.”
