“Starting with driving up, there are some parking garages in the area and you WILL have to pay for parking no matter what you do. In our case, whioe slightly more expensive than parking on our own, we used their valet service. This was by FAR most convenient as we then unloaded our luggage they gave us a ticket and they parked it in their garage. After checkout you take the ticket to the parking cashier (there are 2 windows 1 inside and 1 outside) where they can take your payment or in our case……

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
