"Good use of space, comfortable bed and sofa, Very pleasant neighborhood walking distance to Fenway Park, Whole Foods and 2 subway stations. The kitchen is small but functional. The refrigerator either freezes salad or leaks water and the bathroom sink is tiny. But otherwise a sweet place to stay. Use Bounce if you need to stash your bags before check in or after check out."

We communicated with the owner ahead of our trip and he was very accommodating.The apt was clean and spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable and there was ample parking. "The property was clean and close to what we needed. The bed was not great. When we arrived the fridge had not been on because the outlet was bad so we had to move the plug around to find a good outlet and wait for it to cool down before we could put our cooler full food away. They were responsive to texts and we had to go out and flip the breaker for the fridge for the outlet to work."
