No drawers available for clothes, so have to live out of suitcases- a few hangers in the closets. Two suitcase racks provided. Nice little patio out back. Dryer did not get hot. Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants and Whole foods nearby.”

“The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience.”

“We booked a stay for our Son's Birthday trip to Dallas and are beyond happy with our stay. Host was very responsive and accomodating/flexible. Easiest check in instructions. Private garage parking within gated community, with direct access to condo which is super convenient for loading bags/ groceries. Modern condo unit trendy finishes & cute decor/bedding. Heater works great. Perfect bed count for 2 adults, 2 kids. Quiet neighborhood and located within short drive to Dallas attractions.……

“I rented this property for my family, including my 3 children, and it emanated a strong odor of marijuana and mustiness The apartment was dirty, in bad condition, lights flickering, mold in the shower etc.. The smell made my wife and kids nasueas, so we had to leave the propert and rent a hotel room to stay in. The property managers (EA properties) did not respond back when i told them we would not be staying at the property due to the abhorent condions, and requested another property or our……

“Didn’t get into property until 4:30 pm due to “cleaners” not being done. The owner didn’t tell how to enter the property and the cleaning lady said to make sure doors were locked at night due to safety! Once entering building it had a weird odor and was no clean. Bedding was nasty, broken fan and light in one room (fan was hanging half way off the ceiling) house was extremely hot and couldn’t turn air on, shower was dirty, food left in the fridge, tv didn’t work, and we found roaches.
